  1. Apply moisturizer twice daily – a thicker moisturizer may be recommended for nighttime use
  2. Apply SPF everyday – yes, even during the winter!
  3. Ask your aesthetician about tweaking your skincare routine for different seasons
  4. Use a humidifier at night
  5. HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE – make sure you are taking in plenty of water daily 
  6. Avoid taking excessively hot showers
  7. Be sparing with exfoliating products
  8. Treat yourself to a nice hydrating facial once per month
