Lee Howard, MD, FACS

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Howard is from Lawrenceburg, TN. He attended medical school at St. George’s University and completed surgical residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Dr. Howard is Board Certified in General Surgery. He specializes in the health and wellness industry with an expertise in Sexual Health, Body Contouring, and Laser Therapy.

Dr. Howard enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. Dr. Howard is married to Kelly, his nurse, and they have four children.

Kelly Howard, RN, BSN

NURSE INJECTOR

Kelly is originally from Union, NJ. She is the wife of Dr. Lee Howard. Kelly has 24 years of of nursing experience. Many of those years were spent in the Pediatric and Neonatal ICU. Kelly is currently the Nurse Injector at Belle Meade Medical Spa and she helps to administer our intravenous therapies.

Kelly is with each patient throughout their journey at the spa. She assists each patient with planning their therapy schedule. Kelly is a wealth of clinical information and she is instrumental to the success of our patients. Kelly is a mother of four teenagers. She enjoys the beach and spending time with her family.

Olya Iaklych

LEAD MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Olya, originally from Ukraine, graduated Aesthetics School in Prague, Czech Republic in 2016. After graduation she moved to California and started her aesthetics career. After 6 years of practice, she moved to Nashville Tennessee and in 2022 she became a member of the Belle Meade Medical Spa family.

Here, Olya is the Lead Esthetician and enjoys guiding her clients into a healthy skincare routine, making them confident in their appearance and ultimately bringing more happiness in their life.
